"Ursula is an incredibly talented artist. She has an eye to catch the most subtle movements and recreate them believably using any medium. I was truly impressed with her creative passion. She is a great team player that always tried to inspire her colleagues both inside the studio and out. Ursula is truly a pleasure to work with." (February 13, 2008) Mark Pajarillo (Senior Environment Artist)

"It was a pleasure working with Ursula. She is a professional, easy to work with, and very prompt with her tasks. Her work was vital in making our levels provide a fun and engaging experience. I would welcome the chance to work with her again anytime and highly recommend her to any project that is animation intensive." (May 3, 2007) Kuo Wou (Level Designer)

"(...) As a former professional athelete, I understand the discipline and commitment it takes to challenge top competitors from around the world. (...) I would also like to applaud Instructor Ursula Escher and supporters for creating an event that celebrates individual achievement. On behalf of all californians, please accept my best wishes for a successful competition. sincerely, Arnold Schwarzenegger (Governor of California) (July 15, 2006)

"Ursula (aka sporty spice ;) is a naturally gifted animator who also happens to be rather speedy." (April 13, 2006) Bert Farache (Art Director)

"Ursula is a awesome animator, I've never seen anyone animates faster than her. She always gets the job done on time if not early. I don' think she ever missed a production deadline. She is very energetic and always has some crazy stories to tell. It's never boring when she's in the office :-)" (February 21, 2006) Lei Yang (Animator)

"Ursula is one of the fastest character animators that I have ever worked with. Ursula is not only a great animator but technically adept as well." (February 9, 2006) Harry Walton (Lead Animator)

"Ursula was excellent at self-management and was always on time with her tasks. She takes creative critique and direction very well, making her a valuable asset to have on a team. She is a good team player and a very positive influence within a team structure. Ursula is a talented animator who would work well within any large, or small, studio environment." (February 10, 2006) Josh Lokan (Animator)
